You’ll find us just moments from King’s Cross and Euston stations. Our Grade II listed building is easy to reach, and our reception team will be there to greet your guests when they arrive. There is also a  comfortable lounge area where people can settle in before things get started.

Planning a conference, AGM, product launch, or networking event can be overwhelming and stressful. Our experienced events team is here to help take the stress out of planning your event.

We’re proud to share that we were recently shortlisted for two categories at the Conference & Events Awards 2025: Best Conference/Event Venue (up to 500 Theatre Style) and Most Versatile Venue — and were awarded Bronze for Best Conference Venue.

Spaces that work

Different events need different setups. We’ve got options to suit most situations.

  • The Auditorium comfortably seats 300 people, with tiered seating and a Sony HDR 4K laser projector. The adjacent hall is ideal for registration, exhibitions, or giving guests a chance to grab a coffee between sessions.
  • State Rooms & Rooftop Terrace, located on the fifth floor with stunning city views, can accommodate up to 230 guests for receptions and up to 150 guests for conferences. It’s a great space for enjoying some fresh air or hosting an evening event.
  • Syndicate Rooms offer flexible options for smaller gatherings, with one room accommodating up to 50 people in theatre style and the remaining rooms featuring fixed boardroom layouts for up to 14 guests.
  • Breakout Spaces include a variety of meeting rooms and a fully equipped training centre – perfect for group work, workshops, or breakout sessions during your conference.

We offer free Wi-Fi throughout, flexible seating arrangements, and informal break-out areas where guests can check emails, chat, or enjoy another coffee.

Exhibition & networking hall

In our adjoining 360sqm exhibition hall, you’ll find a private registration area, cloakroom, and plenty of room for refreshments, networking, and those all important breaks between sessions.

The two 24 metre high atriums flood the space with natural light, while our 5 metre 4K Video Wall customisable display screens and neutral palette help to showcase your brand.

With dedicated entrance and loading access, we’ve got the logistics sorted so you can focus on your event. Whether you’re planning a standing reception, networking event, product launch, art exhibition, or corporate mixer, this versatile space adapts to whatever you need.

Food worth mentioning

Our in-house catering is provided by Searcys. They use fresh, seasonal ingredients and can tailor menus to your guests’ dietary requirements. Whether you’re thinking about a working breakfast, lunch, or canapés and cocktails, we can look after you and your delegates.

Tech support

Running an event can be overwhelming and stressful, and we’d like to help as much as we can. Our spaces come fully equipped with the latest AV technology, including integrated systems throughout all rooms. We also have an experienced technical team available for support, from setting up presentations to troubleshooting on the day.

Getting here

We’re located just moments from King’s Cross and Euston stations with excellent transport links across London and beyond. While there’s no on-site parking, 24-hour parking is available nearby, making it easy for delegates traveling by car.

Event planning’s stressful enough without worrying about whether you have forgotten anything. We have an experienced team that has been supporting businesses through their events for years. From the first conversation through to seeing everyone off at the end, we’ll make sure we take as much stress out of it as possible.
