When your day at 30 Euston Square comes to an end, you don’t have to go anywhere. Our 41 boutique bedrooms are right here in the building, so there’s no late journey across London after the last session and no rush back for the first one in the morning.
The bedrooms are for event organisers, attendees and speakers, plus Royal College of General Practitioners (RCGP) and Club at 30ES members. That makes them a natural fit for conferences and multi-day events that need on-site lodging. We don’t take general bookings, which helps keep the building quiet at night.
Euston station is a one-minute walk away, and King’s Cross St Pancras is a seven to ten minute walk.
Club at 30ES members can book rooms directly through the secure member pages once they’ve registered. If you’re booking rooms for an event, our Events and Operations team can help with availability and any questions about your stay. Call 020 8453 4600 or email 30eustonsquare@searcys.co.uk.
Each bedroom is a calm, comfortable retreat at the end of a busy day. You’ll find a stylish ensuite with elegant fittings, a walk-in shower and a selection of luxury toiletries, and an indulgent bed dressed in fine linen, with a choice of pillows so you can sleep exactly how you like.
There’s room to work as well as rest, with a dedicated study area with a nespresso coffee machine, an in-room safe, ironing facilities and a flat-screen TV. Air conditioning keeps the room comfortable, there’s free Wi-Fi for catching up on emails, and a selection of in-room refreshments is there whenever you want a cup of tea.
In the morning, you’re treated to a hot breakfast. After that, you can spend a little time in the members’ co-working lounge or work off the day’s meetings in the 24-hour gym, both included in your stay. Because our bedrooms are only available to event attendees and members, a quiet, restful night is what you can expect after a busy day.
Start the day properly. Breakfast is included with every stay and served on the bright, spacious third floor bridge, where plenty of natural light helps you ease into the morning. It’s served from 7am to 9.30am Monday to Friday, and from 8am to 10.30am at weekends and on bank holidays.
There’s a hearty hot selection, with freshly baked breads and traditional favourites to suit every appetite. Go for a classic English breakfast if that’s what you’re after, or keep it lighter with cheeses, cured meats, cereals, seasonal fruit and yoghurts, with fresh juices to go alongside. There’s a gluten free corner, and vegetarian and vegan options are marked on the menu. If you have an allergy or dietary requirement, just let the team know. It sets you up for a meeting, a conference or a day exploring London.
Whether you’re an early riser, a late-night runner, or simply want to stretch out after a long day of meetings, our fully equipped gym is open whenever you need it. Guests staying overnight get free access, and it’s also a benefit of Club at 30ES membership. You’ll find modern cardio machines, strength-training equipment and free weights.
It suits seasoned fitness enthusiasts and anyone who just wants to keep up their usual routine while away from home, and with that range of equipment it’s easy to tailor a workout to what you like. Towels and water are provided, so you can turn up and get started.
All of our bedrooms are accessible to disabled guests and have a wet room. Deafgard devices are available for guests who are hard of hearing.
The venue has step-free access to all spaces. The step-free entrance is on Euston Road, just around the corner from the main entrance. It isn’t always open, so press the buzzer and a member of the team will let you in. Hearing induction loops are available in the Auditorium and the Euston Room, with portable loops for the ground floor meeting rooms. Guide and assistance dogs are welcome throughout the building, but other pets aren’t permitted.

Club at 30ES members and guests staying in our bedrooms can use the members’ lounge, a stylish, tranquil space for relaxing and co-working. It has comfortable seating, heritage décor and a welcoming feel, and it’s a lovely spot for a coffee, a catch-up on emails, or a moment of calm between events.
Refreshments are complimentary, and there are two private soundproof pods for confidential phone calls, virtual meetings or focused work away from the main lounge. Whether you’re meeting a colleague, taking a quiet break or planning your day, it’s a calm place to be in the middle of central London.
Access to the lounge is one of the best things about staying with us, for corporate members and bedroom guests alike. It’s designed with your comfort and productivity in mind.
We’re on the corner of Euston Road and Melton Street, directly opposite the Wellcome Collection. Euston station is a one min walk, and King’s Cross St Pancras is a seven to ten min walk. For the tube, Euston has the Northern, Victoria and Overground lines, and Euston Square has the Circle, Metropolitan and Hammersmith & City lines. Buses 18, 27, 30, 59, 68, 73, 91, 168, 205, 253, 390 and 476 also serve the area.
There’s no on-site parking. The nearest car park is George Mews on North Gower Street, and the closest 24-hour car park is CitiPark on Clipstone Mews. There’s a taxi rank by the entrance, and cycle storage on site, so just ask Reception when you arrive. Our venue information has more on travel, including blue badge parking.
30 Euston Square was built between 1906 and 1908 as the headquarters of the London, Edinburgh and Glasgow Assurance Company, and designed by Arthur Beresford Pite. The original building is Grade II* listed, and you’ll notice why as soon as you arrive: glazed faience tiling at the main entrance, a grand marble fireplace and a mosaic floor featuring the signs of the zodiac.
In 2010 the RCGP bought the building and, working with Tilney Shane Architects, restored it as its headquarters. The old courtyards were glazed over and linked with internal bridges, and that restoration created the 41 bedrooms you can stay in today.
We’re an events venue and the home of the RCGP, not a public hotel, and money raised through bookings supports the RCGP’s work. Read more in our history.
Our team was named Venue of the Year at the 2026 Searcys Awards, and in 2023 we won Best Venue for Events (under 750 attendees) at the London Venue Awards. See all our awards.
