The Exhibition Hall is 360 square metres of open space, lit by two soaring atriums that rise 24 metres overhead. That height and the natural light it brings in make a real difference to the atmosphere. The bright open plan space is more than a simple function room, it gives you the room for greater connection between delegates and exhibitors.
The space is designed as a blank canvas. There’s a neutral backdrop throughout, which means exhibitors and brand teams can take it in whatever direction they like. Some look to create an immersive brand experience from the moment your guests enter the space, while others embrace the contemporary styling of the space. Have your event, your way.
For exhibitions, the hall accommodates stands, product displays and experiential setups with space to spare for guests to move freely between them. For networking receptions and post-event drinks, it works just as well, with catering and refreshments served in the space and a dedicated cloakroom for guests.
A dedicated entrance and separate delivery and loading access make set-up and breakdown straightforward, which is often where events either run smoothly or don’t.
The Exhibition Hall sits alongside the Auditorium at 30 Euston Square, hired together they are a practical combination for the ultimate conferencing experience. Delegates register and arrive through the Exhibition Hall, move into the Auditorium for the programme, then return to the hall for refreshment breaks, networking and post-event receptions.
For events with an exhibition or sponsor element, the hall gives partners a proper space to host throughout the day, rather than being tucked into a corridor or foyer area.
If you’re planning a conference that needs a room for presentations and a separate area for people to gather, exhibit and connect, this combination is worth considering.
One of the things that makes the Exhibition Hall work for brand-led events is how completely it can be transformed. The space has hosted everything from sustainability summits to mobile industry conferences, and in both cases the organising teams dressed it to reflect their own identity rather than the venue’s.
UA Society brought banners, bespoke screen displays and custom wraps for their 10-year Summit, turning the hall into something that felt entirely theirs. Planet Peach used the in-house digital screens for all sponsor and event branding, cutting down on printed materials as part of their sustainability commitments.
Both events used the hall in different ways, but the common thread was that neither felt like a generic venue hire.
The hall’s AV setup is built for events where visibility and brand presence matter. The centrepiece is a five-metre wide 4K video wall made up of eight 55-inch display screens, with additional 84-inch and 55-inch 4K screens available throughout the space. All can be used for presentations, sponsor branding, live feeds or event content.
Connectivity includes complimentary Wi-Fi and a dedicated hard-wired internet connection at the registration desk, useful for check-in systems and live registration tools.
Full AV technical support is available on the day.
