The two State Rooms sit side by side on our fifth floor, both with skylights that flood the space with natural light during the day. They work well separately or together, depending on how many people you are hosting and what you need the space to do.
The Euston Room is the larger of the two and suits main events: conferences, seated dinners, presentations. The Stephenson Room connects directly to the Rooftop Terrace, making it ideal for receptions, breakout space, or somewhere guests can gather with drinks before moving through to dinner.
Between them, you have capacity for 230 standing, 150 theatre-style, or 160 for a seated meal. Layouts are flexible, and the AV is built in so you are not hiring external equipment or coordinating multiple suppliers.
The Rooftop Terrace is heated and partially covered, so it works across seasons rather than just summer months. When the weather cooperates, it is a lovely space for arrival drinks or evening receptions.
Please note that the rooftop terrace is only available when booked in conjunction with the State Rooms.
The Euston Room is the larger of our two State Rooms, accommodating up to 160 guests across 268m². A central skylight brings in natural light, and the ceiling lighting adjusts to suit different times of day and event types.
We have projectors, large screens, a built-in PA system and high-speed WiFi throughout. There are two screen locations and portable staging, so the room adapts to different setups: presentations at one end, panel discussions, seated dinners with speeches.
It is a versatile space that handles daytime conferences and evening celebrations equally well.
The Stephenson Room accommodates up to 90 guests and links directly to the Rooftop Terrace. During the day, natural light comes through the skylight. In the evening, the lighting creates a warmer atmosphere.
It works well as breakout space from the Euston Room, or as a standalone area for smaller gatherings. There is room for a bar, dance floor and entertainment if you are hosting a reception or party.
The direct terrace access is what makes it particularly useful. Guests can move between indoor and outdoor space without navigating corridors or lifts.
Our newly refurbished Rooftop Terrace is back for Summer 2026! With comfortable seating and integrated AV, this space offers your guests stunning views of the city. With a capacity of 100, it’s ideal for networking, parties, or as an additional breakout area for both summer and winter functions.
Guests can enjoy the cityscape, high-quality Bose speakers, and even a BBQ. The terrace is partially covered, making it a great option year-round, regardless of the unpredictable British weather. Combined with the Euston and Stephenson Rooms, this outdoor space creates an unforgettable experience for any event in central London.
