A choice of flexible spaces

For in-person attendees, 30 Euston Square has a diverse range of event spaces which can be tailored to your every need. Delegates can watch presentations and take part in discussions within our 300-seat Auditorium with surround sound and laser projector, before heading into the adjoining 360sqm Exhibition Space for networking.

For smaller presentations and breakout sessions, our two State Rooms can be used separately or in conjunction and offer portable staging, screens and high-speed WiFi. The State Rooms also lead out to the Rooftop Terrace, where delegates can relax and unwind in all weathers between activities.

For those who are travelling from afar, we also have a number of Boutique Bedrooms which can be hired for the night of your event, all of which offer luxury 4-star convenience and a freshly prepared continental breakfast the next morning.

Firstly, our catering. Delivered by the innovative and experienced chefs at Searcys, one of London’s leading hospitality providers, our food and drink offerings can be tailored to the size and style of your event, from casual buffet to innovative street food stations and decadent private dining. Our chefs can work with you to design bespoke menus and create new and interesting combinations to wow the senses.

In terms of theming and entertainment, we can offer a whole range of options to give your event an extra special touch. Branding opportunities include vinyl wraps, wall graphics, and an 8-screen HD video wall. Coloured linen, atmospheric lighting and flowers are all available to elevate your theme. If you’d like to add some extra fun at the end of a hard day’s work, we can provide outdoor games, photobooths, a DJ and even a dancefloor!
