"We loved the central location of 30 Euston Square and were also really impressed by the gravitas of the building itself which has a fantastic combination of traditional features and state-of-the-art facilities. The light in the atrium area provides a great first impression upon entering, and the auditorium was the perfect environment for us to nurture discussion and debate – which was the most important aspect of the day for us.
Most of the delegates had never been to the venue and we were keen to impress them – the team at 30 Euston Square didn’t disappoint. On the day the staff couldn’t do enough for us and the food was excellent. As event organisers, we were also very impressed with how well we were looked after ourselves in the run up to the event and on the day, ensuring that everything ran seamlessly."

The Brief: With delegates travelling from international destinations, a central location was key, as was a distinctive venue that would provide the ‘wow factor’ to the high profile attendees upon arrival.
The key purpose of the Summit was to encourage debate and discussion amongst delegates, so the event organisers were keen to deliver a slick and simple event which would provide the perfect backdrop to the content being discussed.
What we did: The traditional Victorian façade and atrium of 30 Euston Square, combined with state-of-the-art technology, provided the perfect setting for delegates to consider the current position and future ambitions of their industry.
30 Euston Square therefore worked closely with the ESA in the run up to the event to ensure that everything was taken care of in terms of event delivery and recommended that all of the AV/PA capabilities of the venue were utilised to maximum effect to really engage and inspire the attendees.
The outcome: The majority of the event was hosted in the 300-seat auditorium where key-note speakers and panellists throughout the day utilised the 3D projector screen and surround-sound for presentations and videos. Wireless microphones and runners were also provided so that the audience could ask questions and interact with the presenters throughout the day.
The Summit was also filmed so that the ESA could share the event experience online with a wider audience who were unable to attend on the day.
