Each of these rooms sits within our Grade II* listed building, with its own character despite sharing the same first floor. What changes most is the size and the feel, from an intimate dinner for eight to a reception for 70.

The oak panelling and period fireplaces in the Heritage Rooms are original features from 1906. It’s a different backdrop to a modern meeting room, and one that tends to suit board meetings, high-level discussions, and private dinners where the setting matters as much as the agenda.
For dining events, Searcys, our catering partner, builds seasonal menus around what’s in season, so what’s on offer changes through the year rather than sitting on a fixed list. The same team handles meeting-day catering too, from working lunches through to formal private dinners.
How many people can the Heritage Rooms hold?
It depends on the room. Princes Gate, the largest, seats up to 70 for a reception. Beresford Pite, the smallest, seats up to 8. The other four rooms sit in between, with boardroom capacities from 10 to 16.
Can I host a private dinner in the Heritage Rooms?
Yes. Several of the rooms, including Beresford Pite and the Ireland Room, are set up well for private dining, and Searcys builds seasonal menus for the occasion.
What’s included in the room hire?
Every room comes with integrated AV, complimentary Wi-Fi, and a coffee station as standard.
Is there step-free access to the first floor?
Yes, there’s step-free access to the first floor via our lift.
Board meetings that run into a dinner, or private events with guests travelling in from outside London, sometimes need more than a good room. There are 41 boutique bedrooms in the building, so guests can finish the evening and be back downstairs for breakfast the next morning, no taxi or last train to think about.
