30 Euston Square donate to Crisis charity after exclusive event

  • News

30 Euston Square kicked off the Christmas season with an Instagram workshop on 21st November, which was in support of Crisis charity. The venue invited a selected group of event organisers to the exclusive event to improve their photography skills with much loved lifestyle blogger @poppy_loves_london.  As a gesture of goodwill, the central London venue used a new initiative and asked guests to bring one kilogram of non-perishable goods to the event that were donated to Crisis.

On 28th November, 30 Euston Square General Manager Allan Heard and the venue’s Deputy General Manager Luiz Mazzari delivered 40kg of non-perishable food to the Crisis Café in Spitalfields, London. The Crisis Café works to end homelessness through practical hospitality training whist serving fresh and socially conscious food and coffee alongside the institution, which offers one to one support, advice and courses for homeless people across England, Scotland and Wales.

Allan Heard, General Manager of 30 Euston Square comments on the venue’s initiative: “Christmas can be an incredibly difficult time for people who are homeless. While others are celebrating with family and friends, homeless people face a daily struggle just to stay safe and warm. We are delighted with the generous donations and very pleased to be able to support in our small way.
