We are proud to have launched a new seasonal menu for all event types, excluding Christmas parties, for the Autumn and Winter season. The menu is available for events now. Featuring locally sourced seasonal ingredients to support the venue’s drive to a more sustainable future, Executive Chef, Edilbert De Souza creates a warming and hearty menu that embraces the Autumnal season.
With all in-house catering provided by Searcys, the new menu at 30 Euston Square combines legacy and quality to create memorable experiences for each one of the events hosted at the venue. The menu ranges from hot fork buffet options for conferences and meetings to a private dining package for smaller, intimate gatherings for lunches and evening celebrations.
“My inspiration for the Autumn/Winter menu at 30 Euston Square came from the flavours that evoke warmth and nostalgia.” Explains Edilbert De Souza, Executive chef at 30 Euston Square, “I’ve aimed to highlight the best seasonal produce in creative, hearty dishes. Every dish on the Autumn/Winter menu is crafted to delight the senses. From rich, warming flavours to beautifully presented seasonal ingredients, each plate tells a story of comfort and elegance. It’s all about giving our guests a memorable dining experience this colder season.”
Created by the Executive Chef, the menu highlights are the Classic smoked salmon roulade filled with lemon and dill cream cheese, served with buttermilk gel and pickled heritage beetroot as well as the Farmhouse roast pork belly with caramelised apple, parsnip puree and spiced crumb. The menu launched at the beginning of October, with conferences and meetings greatly enjoying the new offerings already.
