Number of people: 400+ across 2 days
Event type: Conference
Spaces: Auditorium & Exhibition Space
The QNI conference is a two-day event for nurses and those working in primary care and the community. QNI needed a large presenting platform for a number of high profile speakers, including Simon Stevens, Chief Executive of NHS England. They also required a separate exhibition space, along with a number of break out areas for concurrent sessions and hospitality.
QNI used our largest event space, The Auditorium & Exhibition Space along with a number of ground floor meeting rooms. The Auditorium provided the perfect presenting platform for speakers and presentations and the roaming mics encouraged audience engagement. With a number of concurrent sessions, the ground floor meeting rooms complemented the style of the event and again enabled speakers to give presentations, whilst displaying extra content on poster boards.
The main Exhibition Space facilitated a number of organisations associated with QNI to exhibit whilst attendees enjoyed the hospitality. Creating food stations around the space also encouraged networking.
“The QNI Conference was a great success and 30 Euston Square played a pivotal role. The conference is of great importance to us and this was the first time it was a two-day event. 30 Euston Square provided an outstanding service when it came to the event spaces, catering and AV. Not only was the conference a success but so was the exhibition and because of this we have already booked a conference for 2017.”
