After surveying 200 clients, the venue reveals 84% of return bookings are driven by high quality facilities and staff expertise

The results have revealed that the factors affecting whether a client will return to a venue is first and foremost a high standard of facilities (84%), followed by excellence of service and staff expertise (79%), and thirdly the quality of the catering provided (72%).
