The Grade II* listed, award-winning venue, 30 Euston Square has announced an exciting range of experiences, menus and facilities for this year’s summer events. Taking place on their rooftop, the 2019 offering will give guests the ultimate al fresco experience right in the heart of London.
Partially covered, the rooftop terrace can accommodate a range of bespoke events come rain or shine. From meetings with a view to receptions and private dinners, guests attending the events will be greeted with a “summer rooftop kit” with the essentials needed for a great evening in the sun. For day time events, executive chef Daniel Broughton has created a variety of summer dining menus with healthier choices in mind. The Searcys chefs will fulfil their pledge to only use fresh and seasonal ingredients across all their menus, to compliment those guests keen on maintaining a well-balanced healthy lifestyle. Using the green leaf motif indicators, the healthier options are clearly marked and include low fat dairy, high fibre grains and lean meats, all cooked in rapeseed oil to help reduce the use of saturated fats.
Tea time treats can now be enjoyed guilt free as guests choose from a range of superfood-based snacks such as açaí shots, cranberry tray bakes, soya chia seed yoghurt and mango compote, and a shot of Kombucha to provide an extra probiotic boost. The hospitality menus also include a range of inventive canapés, BBQ options and live street food stations with ingredients locally sourced wherever possible.
The UK has seen an 80% increase in gin consumption and therefore the team is excited to introduce an immersive gin tasting experience for the first time. Guests will have the opportunity to indulge in the finest English gins with a selection of flavoured tonics and aromatic botanicals. The Gin Experience is priced at £12.50 per person and includes premium brands such as Plymouth Sloe, Monkey 47 and the Camden based Half Hitch gin – made just a mile away from 30 Euston Square.
As well as the rooftop terrace, 30 Euston Square has a range of indoor facilities that include a choice of newly refurbished Heritage Rooms, a 300-seater Auditorium and Exhibition space with state-of-the-art technology, as well as 41 boutique bedrooms on site for those guests needing an overnight stay for their event.
All events are designed to offer the best of British hospitality for corporate and private events alike. General Manager, Allan Heard, commented: “Our team have worked hard to create a comprehensive variety of food and entertainment options this summer, crafting a really versatile offering with every style of event in mind. With our new healthy dishes, BBQs on the rooftop and a stunning cocktail menu, we have everything in order to provide the perfect summer party.”
