30 Euston Square, is committed to making inclusive experiences the norm, not the exception.

In 2025, we are launching an EDI (Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion) Champions scheme to embed inclusive thinking into every area of our operations. Each of our venues will undergo an Inclusion Review to identify and improve accessibility, with findings made available via the Sociability app and our websites.

As a Disability Confident Employer and a proud supporter of the Hidden Disabilities Sunflower scheme, we are training 80% of our team members to recognise and respond with empathy and understanding. This ensures every guest and team member feels respected, welcome, and supported.

Partnerships

Strong partnerships help us deliver on our sustainability promise.

From sourcing ethically and locally — such as British free-range eggs, RSPCA-assured milk, and responsibly fished seafood — to collaborating with charitable organisations like Hotel School, New Horizons Youth Centre, and Julian House, we are building a supply chain and community impact that aligns with our values.

As members of isla, a sustainability network for the events industry, we actively contribute to setting and sharing best practices.

We are honoured partners with Euston Foodbank, showcasing our dedication to excellence and community impact.

Nurturing and Growing Talent

We believe our people are our most valuable asset. That’s why we invest in their growth through more than 40 structured development programmes as part of Searcys’ apprenticeship plan.

As an ILM-accredited training provider, we focus on nurturing leadership and promoting EDI awareness.

Our Long Service and People Awards highlight the value we place on loyalty and contribution, while becoming a Menopause-Friendly Employer underlines our ongoing commitment to wellbeing at work.

Through personalised learning and inclusive policies, we support our team in achieving their full potential.

Step Up

2025 is a year of bold action. Every Searcys-operated venue, including 30 Euston Square, has appointed a Sustainability Champion to lead on eco-conscious initiatives and encourage local ownership of sustainability efforts.

Our plant-based and vegetarian offering is growing to represent 25% of all menus by the end of the year. These efforts, along with a strong focus on reducing food waste and using reusables wherever possible, reflect our determination to step up for a more sustainable future.

We are proud to have won the Second Nature Champion Award at the Searcys Awards – a true testament to the commitment of our team.
