Ingram Content Group hosted a user group meeting and invited publishers to an educational event to hear presentations from senior Ingram staff, as well as several guest speakers, to learn more about CoreSource. CoreSource is a digital asset management system that allows publishers to store and distribute their print and digital files to multiple channels. Ingram Content Group therefore needed a multifunctional space with high quality AV to demonstrate their technology efficiently. They also required several breakout spaces to encourage Q&A amongst the delegates. Post conference, they held a networking drinks reception to continue conversations and build relationships.

What We Did

We understood that Ingram Content Group needed to create an open forum for their event, whilst using the highest quality AV to educate and present to the CoreSource users. Our State Rooms & Rooftop Terrace were the perfect match for this style of event. Working closely with Ingram Content Group, we provided additional relay screens, lecterns and microphones to enhance the presenting platform.

Using the Euston Room for the main conference, we created diversity for the breakout spaces and networking reception using the Stephenson Room and Rooftop Terrace. Post conference, our interactive live theatre style hospitality created positive talking points and complemented the networking style reception.

Positive Outcomes

• Already secured dates for future events at 30 Euston Square.
• Attendees were extremely impressed with the range of catering options for varied dietary requests.
• The State Rooms & Rooftop Terrace were highly equipped with the best AV which enabled Ingram Content Group to deliver seamless presentations and an overall successful event.
