Accessibility at 30 Euston Square

At 30 Euston Square, everyone is welcome, which is why we continue working on provisions to ensure that our venue is fully accessible to each and every visitor.

Step-free access

We offer step-free access to all spaces within our venue. A taxi rank is also conveniently located opposite the venue.  You can access step-free tube information here.

Below are local area maps showing the nearest step-free route from Euston and Euston Square Stations.

 

The step-free access to the building is located on Euston Road, just around the corner from the main entrance. Please follow the signage.  This entrance is not always open so please press the buzzer and a member of the team will promptly see you in.

 

Car Parking

Parking is not available on-site, although click here for blue badge parking information.

A taxi rank is also located just outside of the front entrance to the building, where guests can be dropped off and picked up.

 

Cycle Storage

Cycle storage available on site. Please ask Reception for assistance on arrival.

 

Toilet/baby changing and feeding facilities

Toilets, baby changing and feeding facilities are also step-free and are adequately signed posted. Please do ask a member of staff if you require assistance and they will be more than happy to direct or escort you to the closest facilities.

 

Hard of hearing

Our venue is equipped with hearing aid and induction loops in various spaces within 30 Euston Square, as outlined below:

Auditorium – Hearing induction loop and hard of hearing aid earpieces

Euston room – Hearing induction loop

Ground floor meeting rooms and other areas – Portable hearing induction loop

For guests staying in our bedrooms, Deafgard devices are also available to ensure a safe stay overnight.

 

Guide and hearing dogs

Dogs and other pets are not permitted but guide and assistance dogs are welcome across all areas of our building.

 

Bedrooms

All of our bedrooms are accessible to disabled guests and feature a wet room. Deafgard alarms are also available for guests that are hard of hearing.
