At this year’s Square Meal Venues & Events Live, our chefs were awarded third place in Canapé Cup Competition. This is a very exclusive and highly competitive competition, so we’re extremely proud of their success.
What did we serve up?
We want to introduce a tasty twist to a traditional English breakfast. Our talented chefs served up a tower of bitesize favourites. A toasted brioche base topped with succulent Cumberland sausage and mushroom crisp, finished with tomato jam, egg purée and baked bean, sprinkled with a crispy bacon crumb was the winning combination.
